How to use Unix Timestamp Converter
- Paste a Unix timestamp, or choose a date and time.
- Read the converted value in UTC and your local time.
- Copy the timestamp or ISO string.
About this tool
A Unix timestamp counts the seconds since 1 January 1970 00:00:00 UTC, ignoring leap seconds. JavaScript and many APIs use milliseconds instead, so a 13-digit value is milliseconds and a 10-digit value is seconds.
The tool detects the unit from the length of the number.
